Who makes Memdir
Memdir is a product of EbizIndia Consulting Pvt. Ltd., a software company in Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata, founded in 2007 by Arun Agrawal. EbizIndia builds custom business software and a small set of subscription products, of which Memdir is one. The same people who write the code answer the support phone.
Our customers are association committees, so we are used to working with people who do this in the evenings, on top of a job. Nothing in Memdir assumes you have an IT department, because almost none of our customers do.

Arun Agrawal
Arun Agrawal is an M.Tech gold medallist from Jadavpur University and has run EbizIndia since 2007. He takes the demo calls himself and stays on the project until the directory is live. Committees mention this in their notes more often than they mention any feature.
