Who makes Memdir
Memdir is a product of EbizIndia Consulting Pvt. Ltd., a software company in Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata, founded in 2007 by Arun Agrawal. EbizIndia builds custom business software and a small set of subscription products, of which Memdir is one. The same people who write the code answer the support phone.
Our customers are association committees, so we are used to working with people who do this in the evenings, on top of a job. Nothing in Memdir assumes you have an IT department, because almost none of our customers do.

The person who will call you back
Arun Agrawal founded EbizIndia in 2007 and still takes the demo calls himself. He stays on a project until the directory is live and the committee knows how to run it. Clients mention this in their notes more often than they mention any feature.
He is an M.Tech gold medallist from Jadavpur University, which matters less than the fact that he answers his own phone.
