How it starts

  1. Ask for a demo

    Fill the short form or message Arun on WhatsApp. We call back within one working day and show you the directory on Google Meet or over the phone, in about 20 minutes.

  2. Send your member list

    Excel, CSV, or a scan of the printed directory. We clean it up and import it for you.

  3. We set it up

    Your name, logo, categories and custom fields. You look over a test copy and approve it before anyone else sees it.

  4. Members get their login

    Each member receives their login details and can start searching that day.

Questions from bodies like yours

Can members search by product or trade?
Yes. The categories are yours to define, and members filter by them, by city or by both.
Can we restrict who sees phone numbers?
Each member sets DND per channel, so a member can stay reachable by email while keeping their number private.
Can we send a notice to only the members in one district?
Yes. Circulars go to any group you define, by email and WhatsApp.
Can we collect the annual subscription through it?
Yes. Reminders go out before the subscription lapses, members pay online, and the secretariat sees the payment record without keeping a separate register.
How fast can a new member be added?
