How it starts

    Fill the short form or message Arun on WhatsApp. We call back within one working day and show you the directory on Google Meet or over the phone, in about 20 minutes.

  2. Send your member list

    Excel, CSV, or a scan of the printed directory. We clean it up and import it for you.

  3. We set it up

    Your name, logo, categories and custom fields. You look over a test copy and approve it before anyone else sees it.

  4. Members get their login

    Each member receives their login details and can start searching that day.

Do members need to install anything?
No. A link and a login on any phone. Nothing to download, nothing to update.
Can we use it for meeting attendance?
Yes. Members register for the meeting or dinner, pay where there is a charge, and a volunteer scans their QR code at the door.
Can we collect subscriptions online?
Yes. Renewal reminders are automatic and members pay in the directory, so the treasurer stops chasing.
Is it suitable for a body with several chapters?
Yes. Each chapter manages its own members while the parent body sees everyone. Multi-chapter support comes with the enterprise slab.
