You pay once a year, at one rate for every member on your list. Everything on this page is included at every size, whatever your body does with it.

  • The smallest directory we set up is 300 members.
  • The count is your whole membership. Committee members are members too.
  • GST extra. No setup fee, and every feature included at every size.

Send us your member count and we will confirm the figure in writing before you commit to anything. If your body needs something built specially, we quote that separately and you see it before we start.

For multi-chapter bodies

The rate is the same. These are the extras a national federation or a body with several chapters usually asks for.

We do not offer a free tier or a self-service trial. The demo is free and uses your own member list if you send it, which tells you more than a trial with empty screens.

Questions about the money

Is there a setup fee?
No. Importing your data and setting the directory up is part of the annual fee. If your body needs something built specially, we quote that separately before we start.
What happens when our member count crosses a slab?
You move to the next slab at the next renewal. Nothing changes for members and nothing is switched off in between.
Can we pay for it out of sponsorship?
Several bodies do. There are sponsor slots inside the directory, and the committee decides who advertises and keeps the revenue.
Is there a free trial?
There is a free demo with your own member list, which tells you more than a trial with empty screens. Send us twenty rows of your current directory and we will show you your own members inside Memdir.
What if we stop after a year?
You export everything to Excel and the directory is switched off at the end of the paid period. There is no exit charge.
How soon do we get a price?
The rate is on the pricing page, so you can work it out before you call us. We confirm your figure in writing within 24 hours of the demo.
