How it starts

  1. Ask for a demo

    Fill the short form or message Arun on WhatsApp. We call back within one working day and show you the directory on Google Meet or over the phone, in about 20 minutes.

  2. Send your member list

    Excel, CSV, or a scan of the printed directory. We clean it up and import it for you.

  3. We set it up

    Your name, logo, categories and custom fields. You look over a test copy and approve it before anyone else sees it.

  4. Members get their login

    Each member receives their login details and can start searching that day.

Questions from bodies like yours

Can alumni find people from other batches?
Yes. The search covers every batch, and the filters narrow it by year, city or profession.
How do we collect details from thousands of alumni?
We import whatever you have, however old it is. Each alumnus then corrects their own profile the first time they log in, which is how the list gets accurate.
Can we keep the directory private?
Yes. Only logged-in alumni see it, it is never published on the open web, and each person controls DND on their own phone number.
Does it help with reunion registration?
Alumni register for the reunion in the directory, pay the fee online where there is one, and check in at the door by QR code. You get the attendance and the no-show list the same evening.
Can we collect annual membership fees?
Yes. Renewal reminders go out automatically before a membership lapses and alumni pay online, with every payment recorded.
